A good trio of SF short stories that I missed in their original prints in various publications from 1998 to 2005. My husband and I love Jane Lindskold's work in general, and this a good opportunity to add to our Kindle collection for reading on the run. Jane is good at characterization, and these stories are bit reminiscent of Larry Niven's Known Space tales. These are the stories of Captain Ah-Lee ("Allie" to her friends), who walks a bit on the shady side of the legal system in a universe of saboteurs, swashbuckling insurance agents, and mysterious aliens.Product details
